The Delegate of Egypt believes that one course of action needed to improve woman’s rights is to

- call for a repeal of the new family law bill. The reason for this is that it is believed Hamid Karzai only supported the family law bill to win votes for the upcoming Afghan election, which was a cynical political maneuver So the bill did not go through the proper procedure the bill was apparently only approved by the upper court rather than being properly debated, so the bill is technically not legitimate.
