Hey guys! My name is Esther and I am a sophomore at Shanghai American School Pudong. This is my third year in the MUN program and BISSMUN would be my seventh conference throughout the past three years. MUN started off as a risk I took in eight grade but gradually it became one of the most important aspects in my life. Along with MUN, my life revolves around rugby and theatre. I'm very looking forward to to chairing all of you guys 
Although this will be my first time chairing at a real conference, I'm confident that the training I've been doing for the past couple months has made me into a competent chair. I know this would be a great experience for both you guys and myself!
